Delete your account

1. Open Percy and tap the settings icon in the top right to open your Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Type delete my garden to confirm, then tap delete.

Your account is deleted right away, and we’ll send a confirmation email to the address on your account.

Email [email protected] from the email address you use with Percy, with the subject “Delete my Percy account.” We’ll delete it and confirm by email. You don’t need to reinstall the app.

Deleted immediately and permanently: your sign-in, your email address, your saved garden location and address, and your season reports.

Removed from Percy immediately: your garden notes, photos, and reminders. They no longer appear anywhere in Percy and are no longer connected to your email or sign-in.

Want everything erased? Reply to your confirmation email, or email [email protected], and we’ll permanently erase your notes and photos from our systems and remove you from our mailing list within 30 days.

Voice recordings are never stored, so there’s nothing to delete there. Your audio is transcribed and discarded.

You can delete individual notes in the app at any time, and you can export everything you’ve logged from your Account. To have specific data erased without closing your account, email [email protected].
